Bloom Formations provides document preparation and filing assistance for New York LLC formation, including preparing and filing Articles of Organization, obtaining an EIN, and related optional services such as expedited filing and acting as organizer.

We are not a law firm and do not provide legal, tax, or accounting advice. Nothing on this site or in our communications is a substitute for advice from a licensed professional.

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information in your order. You are responsible for the accuracy of the details we file on your behalf, and for any consequences of incorrect information.

You confirm that you are authorized to form the company and to provide the personal information submitted, and that you will use the entity for lawful purposes only.

Fees are shown during checkout and are charged at the time you submit your order, processed securely by Stripe. Our service fee is separate from government filing fees and any other third-party costs, unless stated otherwise at checkout.

Optional services, such as expedited filing, are charged as selected at checkout.

Processing times depend on the New York Department of State and the IRS and are outside our control. Any timelines we provide are estimates, not guarantees.

Your desired company name is subject to approval and availability. If a name is unavailable we may contact you to select an alternative.

If we have not yet begun work on your filing, you may request a refund by contacting us. Once a filing has been submitted to a government agency, our service fee and any government fees paid on your behalf are generally non-refundable.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bloom Formations is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid to us for the relevant order.

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle your information.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
